At The Eyelash Emporium we live and breathe eyelash extensions. At 5pm the set isn't closed as all of our customer care advisors, digital team, brand manager and training coordinators are trained in lash extensions and carry out the treatments outside of work. For that reason, we understand the problems techs are faced with on a daily basis and therefore are always looking for ways to improve every aspect of our performance.

We are one big family that care about the work that we do and each person within our team. Eyelashes, exceptional customer service and the occasional cake are what drives us every day to be the best we can be.

What do you enjoy about your role at The Eyelash Emporium?

I love this role as it allows me to work with inspiring eyelash techs and creating leading tech’s with our products. My drive is to support the industry with high quality education and high standards of customer service through account management.

What makes The Eyelash Emporium the best lash brand?

Our passion and support we offer to our techs and students is second to non. We strive to continue this and build on our qualities.

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

Saturday night is the perfect time to spend with the girlies, chatting, laughing over a bottle of wine. Having friends that you can share your thoughts with is important.  To win in life it is always better to share and develop together as a team.

If you could be any celebrity for a day who would you be and why?

I would always want to be me!

What do you enjoy about your role at The Eyelash Emporium?

I would say getting to know all the products and what we have planned for the next year is very exciting!

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

Either out with the girls for cocktails and tapas or out with the hubby for food and champers...basically anything food related!

If you could be any celebrity for a day who would you be and why?

Holly Willoughby because she gets to hang out with the silver fox most days! She seems down to earth and I think she would be a good laugh.

Because of our exceptional levels of customer service and delivery capabilities, we are able to get our products out on the same day which is fantastic for the customer.

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

Definitely a family meal with my wife and 3 daughters, followed by a good film.

If you could be any celebrity for a day who would you be and why?

It would have to be Sir David Jason. He has brought so many smiles and memorable moments to people over the years.

I love the team that I get to work with on a daily basis and the variety of tasks we carry out.

We offer such good value for money with a quality product. Plus, being based at the iconic Pinewood Studios is a real bonus!

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

Hiring a babysitter for the evening so that my wife and I can head out for a nice meal.

If you could be any celebrity for a day who would you be and why?

Sir Trevor McDonald as I would love to interview interesting people from different walks of life.

The people I work with make every day a delight!

The lashes are lovely to work with and to wear. Sometimes the girls in the team try different looks out on me which I love!

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

It would have to be a night on a hot beach with my family, having food, drinks and a good laugh.

If you could be any celebrity for a day who would you be and why?

Sir David Attenborough without a doubt. He gets to visit so many amazing places and get up close and personal with such rare creatures, I find it fascinating!

As the graphic designer, I feel I put the finishing touches and visual impact to an amazing product.

Our products are tried and tested by the best lash techs in the business. The quality of the products is flawless as is the finished look!

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

Vegas Baby! I want to wake up missing a tooth and unable to remember a thing! Ok maybe not the tooth part...

If you could be any celebrity for a day who would you be and why?

Adam Richman, he gets to travel the world, eat amazing and gets paid to do it! Failing that the silver fox that is Paul Hollywood.

I enjoy working with the product and the challenges that go with it. We have a really opportunity to grow the brand and that is a fantastic challenge to be a part of.

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

Spending time with my wife at the pub having a few drinks.

Mark Wright so I could spend time with Michelle. Don’t tell my wife though!

What do you enjoy about your role at The Eyelash Emporium?

Each day throws a new challenge at us. You never know what you are going to be helping with when you pick up the telephone, from a training enquiry to placing an order to technical advice.

What makes The Eyelash Emporium the best lash brand?

I trained with The Eyelash Emporium before I became a team member. I liked the fact that they strive to increase the standard within the industry and promote this throughout their great training.

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

A relaxing night in with a good bottle of wine and the company of either family or friends.

If you could be any celebrity for a day who would you be and why?

I am not a huge celeb follower, but if I could be a Charlie's Angel for the day that would be so cool...crime fighting with great gadgets!

What do you enjoy about your role at The Eyelash Emporium?

I love speaking with lash technicians at all levels, from the beginning of their journey with us booking their first training course right through to salon owners placing stock orders. There are never two days the same and that is what keeps my role at Eyelash Emporium exciting.

What makes The Eyelash Emporium the best lash brand?

We offer training that is second to none, our students receive a full 360 process from first booking to certification and beyond and technical support is there whenever it is needed.

What would be your perfect Saturday night?

I don’t do grey areas so it would either be a complete cosy night in with a film and a takeaway or a full on wild girls night out until the early hours!

If you could be any celebrity for a day who would you be and why?

Probably Kim Kardashian, it would be nice to have my hair and make-up done daily, have the money to do whatever I wanted but still keeping it real as the ultimate girl boss!
