These tweezers are very good for isolation and picking up lashes but they are so flimsy. I have two sets and they have both bent at the ends now.

Same as the curved twizers I couldn't pick up any lashes thry woildnt close properly to grab the lash . They so sharp aswell and thin and the points bent quickly . Cheap product . I do not recommend !

My product didn't arrive on

My product didn't arrive on time and I paid extra money for special delivery. When I sent an email regarding this matter and asked for the refund they replied by saying it's not their fault as apparently it is written somewhere in the website that I was suppose to order it by 3 p.m. which I understand but this warning is not given anywhere in the purchasing page not even wheere there is a option where it's written (guarantee postage by 1p.m) I think they should mention that the purchase should be done before 3 here. I am a regular customer but I am very disappointed. I lost my valuable customer and money.
