Option 2 – Deposit & balance
Pay a £99 deposit to secure your stand, with the remaining £300 due by 7 January 2027. Or spread the balance over three instalments:
  • £100 – November 2026
  • £100 – December 2026
  • £100 – January 2027
Please note: £99 of the £399 stand fee is a non-refundable booking deposit if you cancel, whether you pay in full or by instalments. All balances must be paid by 7 January 2027. If the event is cancelled or postponed, exhibitors will receive a full refund. Full terms are shown on the booking form.
