Incredible product, removed them with such ease and at no effect to my natural lashes

Okay so I bought this and wow it's fantastic, I usually use the tatti lash remover, but I find it is too thick and a lot more expensive, this might have a little sting if it gets in your eye but nothing compared to other brands, i spoke to the woman who I bought it off and she said leave it on ten minutes which I did and it worked perfectly! Absolutely love this! Won't be getting my lashes removed at the salon anymore 😊 excellent product!

Works well, removed all lash extensions, but had to repeat the process a couple of times to achieve this. Be careful when using, especially if by yourself as it stings.

Had to use multiple times to remove any eyelashes and ended up stinging and swelling my eyelid

Took me ages to get my extensions off took some off but then had to use a wipe and get the others off fairly aggressively but did the trick in the end and lost a lot less lashes than if I was to pick them out

Purchased via my eyelash tech. Didn’t use it during lockdown as I let the lashes come out on their own. Anyway I had my eyelash extensions redone as realised that I prefer LVL. Decided to remove my lashes tonight only to have my eyes stinging even when closed! Horrific experience!!!
The lashes have come off after 3 applications

I chose to order from you as I needed to remove my eyelash extensions myself safely at home during the lockdown. However, I HAVENT received my order. I have emailed you several times asking where my order is, and each time i’ve been palmed off and told to carry on waiting. Your customer service is awful, and it’s not acceptable. I would like a full refund, however i’m told i’m not able to have one. Absolutely awful.

Been looking for an easy way to remove my lash extensions at home for around a year now. This kit has made it so easy and doesn’t damage my natural lashes!

Arrived promptly and was very easy to use was very pleased with the end result getting my lashes off during lockdown took a matter of minutes 10/10

The removal works a treat, however I would leave it on for an extra 30-60 seconds if you have thick russian lashes. Just beware it can sting eyes if you brush too much and open the lid accidentally. Does the job, 10/10.

Still not arrived and it is now 2/4/2020 and I ordered on 23rd March ☹️
