Traditionally, pre-made fans are manufactured by dipping the base of the fan into Cyanoacrylate adhesive, leaving the fan to dry and form a thick clump of dried adhesive at the base.

They are often made from thicker PBT, which is formed into a larger bulb at the base of the fan.

In order to apply a traditional pre-made fan, you have to re-dip into cyanoacrylate adhesive before attaching to your isolated lash. This will directly compromise your client’s lash health by over-loading their natural lashes, as well as looking clumpy and unsightly.

The Eyelash Emporium have harnessed future technology by manufacturing a pre-made fan which is heat fused at the base, without adding any extra unsightly glue clumps, or extra weight to compromise lash health.

In addition, our lightweight, advanced polymer is super soft but deceptively tough, giving superb hold to the curl no matter what you put it through.

Most pre-made fans on the market are available in only one dimension – 3D – ours are available in 3D, 4D, 5D, and for maximum impact, 6D, from 9mm up to 12mm.
