3. How does delivery work?
Your adhesive will be delivered according to your chosen frequency and the address you provided at sign-up. Orders are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2-5 working days. Please double-check your delivery address to avoid delays.
4. How will I be billed?
Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your chosen delivery schedule. This ensures prompt dispatch without any hassle.
5. How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
After completing the minimum commitment of 3 deliveries, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime via your customer portal.
We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next delivery. You can reactivate your subscription anytime.

Absolutely! You can:
