Description

Our adhesive subscription is recommended for customers that regularly use their chosen adhesive and is familiar with its curing time and required room temperature and humidity. If you have not used the adhesive before, we highly recommend that you try a one-time purchase before opting for a subscription.

Please note, this subscription is for UK customers only, excluding Northern Ireland.

Adhesive subscription orders are excluded from all sales promotions and discount codes.

Subscription Period

The subscription continues on a recurring basis until you cancel it. The subscription period for each delivery is either 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, or 6 weeks depending on your preferred choice.

Delivery

You will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency that you selected during the sign-up process. We will deliver your subscription adhesive to the address provided by you at the start of your subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address.

Orders are sent via our Standard Delivery Method and will be delivered within 2-5 working days from your order being fulfilled.

Payment

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment card before each delivery based on the frequency you select. 

Price

Subscriptions are 15% cheaper than the original price of a one-off purchase. Please note, the discount is rounded to the nearest price point.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the subscription price. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the option to pause or cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new price. 

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your current subscription period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal link on every order confirmation email. We advise cancelling 48 hours before the billing cycle in which cancellations will take effect immediately and prevent future charges. If you do not cancel before the recommended 48 hours, we are unable to change/cancel your subscription until the following delivery period.

Managing Your Subscription

You can easily modify your subscription at any time by clicking the link sent in every order confirmation email. Here you can manage your email address, edit your shipping information, change your subscription intervals, add or remove products, change the quantity of your product(s), skip future orders, and pause, resume, cancel and reactivate your subscription.

Usage

The adhesives within this subscription are for professional use only. You are responsible for using the products in accordance with industry standards and guidelines and agree that you are a certified lash professional.
