Adhesive Subscription Terms & Conditions

Description

Our adhesive subscription is designed for customers who regularly use their chosen adhesive and are familiar with its curing time, as well as the required room temperature and humidity conditions. If you haven’t used this adhesive before, we highly recommend making a one-time purchase to ensure compatibility before committing to a subscription.

This subscription is available for UK customers only, excluding Northern Ireland.

Adhesive subscription orders are excluded from all sales promotions and discount codes.

A minimum commitment of 3 complete deliveries applies to all subscriptions.

Subscription Period

Your subscription will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel it. You can select a delivery frequency of 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks at the time of sign-up.

Delivery

Your adhesive will be delivered based on the subscription frequency you selected. Orders are sent via our Standard Delivery Method and typically arrive within 2-5 working days from dispatch.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at the start of your subscription is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

Payment

Your payment details will be securely stored, and your chosen payment method will be charged prior to each delivery based on your selected subscription frequency. By subscribing, you authorise us to process recurring payments.

Pricing

Subscriptions are 15% cheaper than the standard price of a one-off purchase. Please note, discounts are rounded to the nearest price point.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. If a price change occurs, we will notify you in advance. You’ll have the option to pause or cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the new price.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel after being charged for an upcoming delivery, the cancellation will take effect in the following billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for that charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription after completing the minimum 3-delivery commitment via the customer portal link included in every order confirmation email.

We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next delivery. If you cancel within this 48-hour period, your cancellation will apply to the following delivery cycle.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time using the customer portal link in your order confirmation emails. Available options include:

  • Updating your email or shipping details.
  • Changing your subscription frequency or product quantities.
  • Adding or removing products.
  • Skipping deliveries.
  • Pausing, resuming, or reactivating your subscription.

Usage

This subscription is exclusively for professional use. By subscribing, you confirm that you are a certified lash technician and will use the adhesives in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
