How do I arrange the date for my mentoring session?

After booking, our customer services team will be in touch to arrange a date and time for your session. Please be aware that scheduling may take up to two weeks.

Do I need to bring a model?

Whether or not you'll need a model for your mentoring session depends on the specific topics you want to cover. If you're unsure, please reach out to us, and we can advise. Please note that if a model is necessary, you'll need to provide one yourself.

Do I need to bring any of my equipment with me?

Please bring your favourite tweezers or any other equipment you usually use for treatments. We may be able to provide other necessary products and equipment but it cannot be guaranteed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 7 day cancellation policy which means that you can still cancel or reschedule your course date up to 7 days before your course. If you need to cancel or reschedule your course with fewer days to your course date, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to facilitate your request.
