Aweful. Took forever to arrive and the tweezers are rubbish. Too long and heavy and they don't pick up the fans properly.
Customer service were also unhelpful, unsympathetic and simply stopped replying.

Never received my order

I didn’t get it jet...

Excellent, really separates every lash

Amazing tweezers, game chancer for my volume sets!
I saw your brand in Beauty expo in London three years ago and always been in the back of my mind and now I finally ordered:)
Best wishes from Iceland

Really good tweezers Ive found trhese to be one of the best I've bought yet.

Wasn’t pleased with these tweezers at all. Don’t feel like they close properly so very difficult to pick the lashes up

Fantastic products recommended by a friend. LOVE
