Creating a subscription is the easiest way for you to have your favourite adhesives delivered to your doorstep without any hassle. You have the freedom to customise your delivery frequency according to your preferences, and you can easily manage it online whenever it suits you.

Signing up for our subscription order is easy; simply browse our five adhesive product pages. To subscribe:
- Select 'Subscribe & Save' for an eligible product, ensuring you have your desired quantity.
- Set up your chosen delivery frequency for the subscription order.
- Proceed to checkout.
You will need a customer account to set up and manage your subscriptions. After you set up your subscription, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link to access your account, where you can manage your subscriptions, including products, quantity, frequency, and much more.

Your subscription orders are automatically placed in line with your chosen frequency, and you will receive an email in advance when your subscription order is being processed.
You will also receive emails regarding other information related to your adhesive subscription, such as notifications if items are currently out of stock, updates if you pause, cancel or resume your subscription, and confirmation of payment.
Absolutely! You can skip or adjust your subscription at any time to match your needs:
- Login to your Customer Portal via the link in any subscription related email, or by clicking here.
- Your subscription dashboard will open up where you can find all information about your subscriptions.
- You can then amend your subscription which includes changing your email address, editing shipping information, change the subscription frequency, add/remove products, change the quantity of the products, reschedule or skip future orders and pause, resume, cancel and reactivate your subscription.
Our subscription is flexible, and you can cancel or pause anytime without any limitations or cancellation fees. To pause or cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Login to your Customer Portal using the link provided in any subscription-related email, or by clicking here.
- Your subscription dashboard will open, where you can access all the information about your subscriptions.
- Under payment information section, you can choose to either 'Pause Subscription' or 'Cancel Subscription'
Once you have paused or cancelled your subscription, you will receive an email confirming the action. Please note that your cancellation will take effect immediately. If an order is already in progress, it will be charged for and delivered. Cancellation will only affect unprocessed orders.
If you wish to reactivate your account, you can do so at anytime by logging back into your account and clicking 'Reactivate My Subscription'.
