If you are buying Lash Club VIP Delivery with an item, you’ll get Free UK Standard Delivery with that order and start being able to use Unlimited Free UK Standard Delivery straightaway on every order. If you are buying it on its own, once your order is confirmed, you’ll be able to get Unlimited UK Standard Delivery for the next 6 months for free!

Do I need an Eyelash Emporium account?

Yes, you need to register for an Eyelash Emporium account either before you buy or during your checkout. Free UK Standard Delivery will then be activated for that e-mail address. You will need to be logged in to see Free UK Standard Delivery as an option when you check out in the future.

What happens when my VIP Delivery expires?

We’ll send you a reminder two weeks beforehand to remind you that your Lash Club VIP Delivery is due to finish as a reminder to subscribe again.

I have changed my mind, how do I cancel?

You can cancel your Lash Club VIP delivery up to 14 days after you have purchased it for a full refund just contact our customer care team on 01753 650656 or email lashes@eyelashemporium.co.uk. If you use the service in this 14-day period, the service can no longer be cancelled.

I don’t live in the UK, can I get Lash Club VIP Delivery?
