SUBSCRIBING TO AND USING LASH CLUB VIP DELIVERY
Lash Club VIP Delivery is available to UK addresses only. It gives subscribers free standard delivery for 6 months.
1. Purchase Details
By purchasing the Lash Club VIP Subscription you will get unlimited Standard Delivery to UK postcodes for all your Eyelash Emporium online purchases from www.eyelashemporium.com for a 6 month period (starting from the date on which you purchase the subscription) at the single upfront fixed payment specified.
You can utilise the service immediately i.e. to purchase items from the site on the same day you purchase the subscription. Our Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of the Lash Club VIP Delivery in addition to these terms and conditions.
You can cancel Lash Club VIP Delivery within the first calendar month of ordering or, if renewing, one month from the day your subscription renewal begins by contacting Customer Care on 01753 650656 or email@example.com
A full refund of your membership fee will be given if you have not made any eligible purchases using Lash Club VIP. Once an eligible purchase has been made your membership cannot be cancelled.
3. Expiry of Subscription
At the end of the subscription term your Lash Club VIP Delivery will end and you will need to pay for delivery services, unless you renew your subscription.
4. Conditions Of Use
To use Lash Club VIP Delivery you must:
4.1 You need to be a registered Eyelash Emporium customer to subscribe to Lash Club VIP Delivery
4.2. You must be logged in to your Eyelash Emporium account and when you have selected the items you wish to purchase from the Site, go to the checkout process and at the “Delivery Options” page select “Free Delivery”.
4.3 Lash Club VIP Delivery is valid for 6 months from the day you sign up (or, if renewing, from the day your subscription renewal begins).
4.4 Your subscription is locked to the UK. You can’t use Lash Club VIP Delivery in another country with this subscription.
5. Fair Use Policy
You can order as many times as you want but this is subject to a fair use policy – we need to make sure people are not taking advantage of Lash Club VIP Delivery which may include making excessive use of, or placing unusual burdens on, the service (e.g. ordering beyond what would reasonably be expected of someone using the service for personal use).
6. Termination & Suspension
We may terminate a Lash Club VIP Delivery subscription at any time and you will be given a prorated refund based on the number of full months left on your subscription.
A refund will not be given if we suspect or discover (in our sole discretion) that use of Lash Club VIP Delivery has been in breach of these terms and conditions; and/or
- has been for-sale or wholesale purposes, or for any purpose other than can be reasonably expected of someone using the service for personal use; and/or
- involves fraud or misuse or is otherwise detrimental to Eyelash Emporiums’ interests.
If we suspect or discover such conduct, we may suspend or terminate a Lash Club VIP Delivery subscription, refuse or cancel order(s) or close or freeze the Eyelash Emporium customer account (and associated accounts) (even if we have previously confirmed an order).
We’ll try to contact you if this happens, but if this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake get in touch with Customer Care team.
If we suspect or discover that a Lash Club VIP Delivery subscription has been used in breach of these terms and conditions, we have the right to recoup all our direct delivery costs and losses from the account holder.
7. Changes to T&Cs
We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at our discretion.
