Customers who are exempt from paying taxes

If you are a trade customer in the EU we must have a VAT number (known as GST in some countries) to mark you exempt from taxes.

If you are an international customer you are not required to pay any taxes.

If you are exempt from paying taxes and are charged VAT/GST you will be subject to a refund. Our customer care team will be in touch to request your VAT/GST number so it will be marked on your account for future purchases. Customers who are required to pay taxes

If you are a non-trade customer in the EU you are required to pay taxes – orders will be subject to a tax rate of 20 per cent.
