Certification: We reserve the right to withhold certification if, in the educator's opinion, you have not met the required standard. In such cases, we will provide feedback and recommend additional tuition.
Case Studies: Case studies must be completed within three months. A £25 charge will apply for each late case study, and a £75 fee will be incurred for additional workshops or one-to-one sessions.
Entry Requirements: You are responsible for meeting all course entry requirements.
Age Restrictions: Students must be aged 16 or over to attend training. Those aged 16 or 17 require parental consent and supervision. Children under 16 are ineligible due to insurance restrictions.
Course Participation and Restrictions
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Pregnant or breastfeeding students may attend the theoretical portion of the course but cannot participate in practical elements. A Pregnancy Disclaimer must be signed, and a model may be required.
Medical Conditions: Students undergoing cancer treatment must be in remission for at least 18 months and provide a GP clearance.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment: All fees are non-refundable. A contract is formed upon receipt of payment. Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than seven days before the course start date will incur the full course fee.
No refunds or date transfers will be given for non-attendance.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course with at least seven days' notice, except in emergencies.
Pre-Course Theory: Completion of pre-course theory within seven days of the course start date is mandatory. a £50 fee will be charged for late completion, and failure to complete it will result in course cancellation.
Admin Fees: A £50 admin fee applies to course cancellations or date changes.
