3. How does delivery work?

Your adhesive will arrive based on the frequency you chose and the address you provided at the time of subscribing. Please ensure your address is accurate. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days by Royal Mail.

4. How will I be billed?

Your subscription orders will be charged to your preferred payment method according to your chosen frequency. It's all automated for your convenience ensuring prompt dispatch of your adhesive. 

5. How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

Simply login to your customer portal to cancel or pause anytime without fees. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your scheduled direct debit to avoid payment being taken. You can reactivate your subscription anytime.

6. Can I make changes to my subscription or delivery date?

Absolutely! Easily modify your subscription anytime through your customer portal. Adjust shipping details, skip or change delivery frequency, alter product quantities, and manage your subscription status. Remember to make changes at least 48 hours before your direct debit date.

7. Is the subscription available to everyone?

It is currently only available to our UK customers, excluding Northern Ireland. We're working on expanding access to all lash artists in the future!
